Booking Terms and Conditions


1. Appointment Times and Overages

All detailing services are scheduled for an allotted time based on the information provided by the customer.
If service time exceeds the allocated time due to the actual condition of the vehicle (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, etc.), a fee of $100 per hour will be charged in addition to the quoted price. This does not apply to delays caused by equipment failure, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Accurate Vehicle Condition Disclosure
Quotes and bookings are based on the information provided by the customer. If, upon inspection, the condition of the vehicle is significantly worse than described, additional charges may apply. We reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly or reschedule the appointment if the condition will impact our ability to complete the work as planned.

3. Biohazard Policy
Any vehicle containing or contaminated with biohazard materials will incur a mandatory, non-negotiable fee of $200 for proper handling and disinfection.
A biohazard is defined as:

Infectious agents or hazardous biologic materials that pose a risk to humans, animals, or the environment. This fee covers the removal and disinfection necessary to ensure the vehicle is no longer a threat to health.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Human blood and blood products

  • Bodily fluids (urine, feces, vomit, etc.)

  • Dead animals

  • Animal waste

  • Microbiological waste

  • Pathological waste

  • Sharps (needles, blades, etc.)

  • Fungus and mold

  • Maggots or other infestations

4. Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Unpaid balances may incur late fees.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the booked service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns promptly.

7. Liability
Dynamic Detailing Oro Valley LLC is fully insured and takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and care of your property. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues that become apparent during or after the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vehicles: Pre-existing scratches, dents, clear coat failure, paint defects, rust, or mechanical/electrical issues discovered during detailing.

  • Homes: Damage or failure related to Electrical systems (e.g., breakers, outlets, exterior GFCIs) or Plumbing components (e.g., hose bibs, spigots, water pressure regulators).

    • We rely on functioning and safe water and power connections at the customer’s location. It is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure these systems are in good working condition prior to service.

    • Dynamic Detailing Oro Valley LLC is not responsible for any failures or damage to your home’s systems due to pre-existing faults, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.

By scheduling a service with Dynamic Detailing Oro Valley LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
